- Process accounts payable/receivable with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Prepare sales tax filings and maintain compliance documentation
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Support annual audits with organized documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks for daily transaction processing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Proven problem-solving skills in financial contexts
