Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with precise attention to detail
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledgers
- Assist in budgeting processes and variance analysis for 15+ clients
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry-specific regulations
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables), and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with high accuracy in data interpretation
