Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts for diverse client portfolios
- Manage VAT returns, payroll processing, and HMRC compliance
- Conduct financial audits and internal control reviews
- Develop cash flow forecasting models for business planning
- Liaise with auditors and tax authorities during examinations
- Maintain digital ledger systems using Xero and QuickBooks
- Train junior staff on accounting best practices and software
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent accounting certification
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in practice
- Advanced proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel
- Deep understanding of UK GAAP and tax legislation
- Proven experience managing multi-currency transactions
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
