Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank accounts
- Process payroll with bi-weekly accuracy and compliance
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to GAAP and IRS regulations
- Develop financial forecasts and budgetary recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
