Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure accurate tax withholdings for KY regulations
- Conduct internal audits and support external examinations
- Develop financial forecasts and variance reports for leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience in Louisville metro area
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- CPA or active CPA candidacy preferred
- Strong knowledge of KY tax regulations and compliance
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
