Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate cash flow records
- Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting to support strategic decisions
- Coordinate tax preparation and filing processes for corporate clients
- Implement and improve internal financial controls and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budget forecasting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel with pivot tables
- Deep understanding of GAAP, IRS regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations and month-end close processes
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Strong communication skills for presenting financial data to non-financial stakeholders
