Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Oversee payroll processing for 50+ employees
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with tax specialists for quarterly filings
- Maintain QuickBooks Enterprise databases with zero tolerance for errors
- Present financial insights to executive leadership team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
