Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts on a weekly basis.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual tax reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Perform internal audits and variance analysis to identify financial trends and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with management to develop budgets and improve financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
