Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Manage general ledger accounts and assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Assist with internal and external audits and tax filings as required.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to management to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and general accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
