As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll reports and ensure accuracy of employee compensation.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a weekly basis.
- Conduct audits and internal reviews to ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Process general ledger entries and maintain accurate fixed asset records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other financial software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
