Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and process payroll with weekly disbursements
- Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis for balance sheets
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting with department heads
- Coordinate internal audits and maintain financial documentation
- Implement process improvements for financial reporting efficiency
- Support tax preparation and regulatory compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
