Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the budgeting process and assist with cost control analysis.
- Ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
