Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure seamless transaction processing
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and general ledger accounts
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for client portfolios
- Support tax compliance initiatives and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and audits

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with full-cycle responsibilities
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (e.g., Sage)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and tax regulations
