Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns and compliance documentation.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve internal processes and financial reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
