Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Process payroll and ensure all deductions and tax filings are accurate.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
- Assist in year-end audits and tax preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with GAAP accounting standards.
