Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and weekend transaction processing
- Perform month-end closing activities and reconcile financial statements
- Prepare detailed financial reports and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Assist in audit preparation and documentation
- Process payroll and expense reports on weekends
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
