Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures and reconciliations during weekend shifts
- Process payroll and ensure accurate tax compliance for weekend work hours
- Prepare financial statements and reports for client review
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with weekend transaction processing
- Conduct internal audits and verify weekend transaction accuracy
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure seamless financial operations
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial software
