Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Process weekend payroll transactions and assist with month-end closing procedures
- Conduct internal audits and identify discrepancies in financial documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support weekend financial operations
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for efficient record-keeping
- Assist with tax preparation and regulatory compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- CPA certification or actively pursuing preferred
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with financial audits and compliance procedures
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a weekend schedule
