Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for portfolio clients
- Process payroll and expense reports during weekend shifts
- Conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with weekday team on cross-functional financial projects
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP
- Provide weekend support for urgent accounting inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of public accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and audit experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in weekend environment
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
