Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with weekend-specific deadlines
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles during weekend operations
- Conduct weekend reconciliation of bank accounts and subsidiary ledgers
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Process payroll and tax filings on weekend schedules
- Develop and maintain weekend financial reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Weekend shift availability (Friday-Sunday 3 PM - 11 PM)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Proven ability to meet tight weekend deadlines
