Responsibilities
- Execute weekend financial reconciliations and month-end closing procedures
- Process payroll and manage expense reports for weekend operations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with weekend-specific adjustments
- Assist in audits by providing weekend transaction documentation
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable workflows
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure continuity of financial processes
- Implement weekend-specific internal controls and compliance measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting
- Proven experience with weekend or shift-based financial roles
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Texas tax regulations
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
