Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic insights to leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal controls
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Prepare detailed budget forecasts and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records using Oracle ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software (Oracle, SAP)
- Proven expertise in month-end closing processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
