Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for leadership review
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash flow management
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain digital and physical financial records in compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Support internal audits and regulatory compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- CPA certification or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
