Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes during weekend operations
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Monitor financial data for discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with auditors and provide weekend support for financial reviews
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proven ability to work independently on weekend shifts
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
