- Execute full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Manage weekend-specific tasks: payroll processing, vendor payments, and expense reviews
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control protocols
- Support audit preparations and documentation requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with weekend shift availability
