Responsibilities
- Execute weekend month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports with precision
- Collaborate with weekday team members for continuous financial operations
- Maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Support audit processes by providing documentation and explanations
- Develop and optimize weekend financial workflows for efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
