Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconciliations during weekend shifts
- Prepare accurate financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing and vendor communications
- Execute weekend payroll processing and tax compliance tasks
- Maintain detailed audit trails for weekend financial transactions
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless financial operations
- Implement internal controls to ensure weekend data integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and weekend accounting protocols
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation tools
