Responsibilities
- Oversee the full cycle of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting operations.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements and variance reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal control policies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements with high precision.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve budgeting and forecasting models.
- Assist in external audits and tax preparation as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting.
- CPA certification or CMA designation is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
