Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Process payroll and tax documentation for weekend staff
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Assist with budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain digital and physical financial records with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficient in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- CPA or active pursuit preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
