Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle weekend accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and balance reconciliations
- Manage weekend payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting deadlines
- Handle client inquiries and financial data verification during weekend hours
- Maintain organized digital financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Collaborate with weekday finance team on cross-functional financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with weekend availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software platforms
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
