Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Process high-volume accounts payable/receivable with precision
- Reconcile bank accounts and ensure data integrity
- Prepare weekend-specific financial statements and audit schedules
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Excel for advanced analysis
- Support cross-departmental financial inquiries
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
