- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable processes
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Maintain accurate general ledger and supporting documentation
- Assist with audits and regulatory reporting requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Implement process improvements for weekend accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend/holiday availability
