Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures and reconcile accounts
- Process payroll and manage expense reports with zero tolerance for errors
- Analyze financial data and prepare accurate weekly reports
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Manage vendor invoicing and accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial modeling and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- QuickBooks proficiency and advanced Excel skills
- CPA certification or equivalent strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
