Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and receivable processing with 100% accuracy.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P&L statements and balance sheets.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and audits.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register and inventory valuation records.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general ledger accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or SAP.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to detect errors in data.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
