- Execute month-end closing procedures with precision during night shift hours
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger entries nightly
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions
- Prepare and distribute daily/weekly financial reports to management
- Assist with audit preparation and documentation requests
- Process payroll transactions and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Maintain organized financial records using accounting software systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
