Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records in company software.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Prepare and organize basic financial reports and spreadsheets.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and internal departments regarding account status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus.
- No prior professional experience required; we provide full training.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Basic math skills and understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
