Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist with external audits and internal control reviews.
- Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations.
- Support the payroll process and ensure tax compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and federal/state tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
