Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Assist with the preparation of federal and state tax returns and quarterly estimated payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate general ledger maintenance.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial reporting processes and efficiency.
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- CPA certification or completion of CPA exam is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
