Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and reports in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Conduct audits and internal controls reviews to ensure financial integrity.
- Support the finance team with budget preparation and variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and MS Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of US tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
