Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end closes
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for client portfolios
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Implement and maintain accounting systems (QuickBooks Online/Xero)
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial reporting and forecasting
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent certification
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience in public accounting
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Excel
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and California tax regulations
- Proven experience with multi-currency transactions and international clients
- Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) designation preferred
