Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile accounts monthly and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Optimize AP workflows using Oracle ERP and Microsoft Excel automation
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on payment strategies
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Maintain vendor master data and negotiate payment terms
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems
- SOX compliance and audit experience required
- AP certification (APP or CAPP) preferred
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
