Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger accounting and perform month-end close procedures efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and variance analysis reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Ensure all financial data is up-to-date and secure in our accounting software.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow and financial reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification preferred).
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero accounting software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
