Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and audit schedules.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Reconcile credit card statements and handle month-end close processes.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 1-3 years of professional accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel is required.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
