Apex Financial Solutions is looking for a meticulous professional to oversee our financial reporting and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation of bank accounts.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and variance analysis to identify areas for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and budget recommendations.
- Maintain and update internal financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of professional accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
