Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for client portfolios and internal reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with 98% accuracy
- Conduct variance analysis and financial forecasting for executive review
- Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and Oregon state tax codes
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial documentation systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public or corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
