Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations and ensure accuracy in all bookkeeping tasks.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Prepare and file necessary tax documents and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and budget recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
