Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close procedures
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports with strict adherence to GAAP standards
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations
- Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis for financial data integrity
- Assist with audits by providing documentation and supporting schedules
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
