We are looking for a reliable individual to manage our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting our clients' growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger entries and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Process payroll and assist with time-tracking to ensure timely daily pay disbursement.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and corporate returns.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely collections and payments.
- Support the budgeting process and provide financial insights to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
