Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis for multi-entity portfolios
- Collaborate with tax teams on quarterly filings and compliance documentation
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel modeling
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests from external partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public or corporate environments
