Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Assist with tax preparation, compliance, and year-end audit requirements.
- Conduct regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Perform variance analysis and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation and filing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
